Our Love Tribe gathers each month at The Center SF to honor our Full Moon in Ceremony. Join us Monday September 5th 8:30-10:30pm. Gathering in ceremony is an ancient ritual that helps us synchronize our human experience with the cycles of nature.
The Full Moon is a time to seek healing through balance. It is a time to contemplate what has been supporting our highest path of consciousness, manifest the intentions we set at the New Moon, realize what patterns or beliefs no longer serves us, and let them go! Full Moon energy has its strongest affect on us three days before and up to three days after it is full.
Prior to our ceremony we clear the space in the room using Palo Santo, essential oils, and Reiki. When you arrive you will be welcomed in love and we will remove any low vibrating energy from you by smudging you in Palo Santo. Palo santo is derived from specific trees found in the South American rain forests of Galapagos Islands, Ecuador and Peru and has been used for most of known history for a variety of healing including medicines, native ceremonies and, especially in Incan culture, spiritual clearing of a space, crowd or person.
Once everyone has settled I will talk a brief moment about where the moon is in transit, and how it affects us for this specific cycle. Next I will guide us through some Pranayam (breath work) and we will tune into our highest vibrating consciousness by sharing our unique vibrations through Mantra (chanting). Next you will be bathed in a symphony of sound as you sit or lie comfortable in your space. We will journey through sacred sound healing, accessing balance through Pyrenees Koshi Chimes, Peruvian Seed Rattle, Chilean Cactus Rain Stick, Frame & Ocean Drum, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Heart Chakra Singing Bowl, and the loving vibrations of the Gong.
After our sound bath you will be guided up where we will join our vibrations by sharing in a vocal release. This Release Ceremony will continue in an array of sounds we unleash from the depths of our spirit. When we are done releasing we will conclude by sealing our ceremony with a blessing.
The Center has a very limited number of blankets, mats, and eye covers. Please bring any items you need to be comfortable, such as a yoga mat, blanket and pillow. Feel free to also bring any crystals you would like to charge with our ceremony energy.
