More about the Vagus Nerve!

Ok, I'm a bit obsessed about the vagus nerve lately, and will good reason; it's AMAZING.  We are amazing, our bodies provide us with so much, and often times these amazing capabilities get overlooked.  Stimulating the vagus nerve, the longest of the cranial nerves, is simple; you need to BREATH, deeper, slower, and with more intention.  So... just another benefit of daily yoga & meditation practice!
